"Let's celebrate 2021 by not going out!"

Here we are! We made it. So now what? Moving into a new year has brought only one question to mind, "What can I be doing to better myself?"
This question, resolution, goal, intentions, whatever, is always lingering in the back of our minds, and for good reason... Would we be human if we didn't want better for ourselves?
Taking care of oneself is first and foremost the anchor in personal growth. With proper care, understanding ones body, listening to the 'gut voice', and acting accordingly - we can just know that this recipe can create the very best in us, leading to success.

2020 has brought various issues, accomplishments and people to the surface for us to encounter - while also dealing with a major pandemic. Yikes, to say the very least.
The past year has also pushed out answers, collaborations, new connections, enlightenment, and perhaps even evolution. Now that we have everything out from the dark, what can we shine light on?
After a situation none of us asked for, many of us have suffered with already or have loved ones suffering, what is truly needed is compassion of limits and boundaries. Establishing personal boundaries that set your mind at ease, maintain your social distance, keep your phone quiet, and house free of bad spiritual energy is vital. Having boundaries are part of personal growth and wellness, knowing your limit is necessary.
Setting boundaries for personal growth can be new and scary, we often think of the other person involved, instead of our standards with communication and navigating organic social relationships. Growing beyond that mindset leads to a fresh way of thinking that sets us on a mindful path towards blissful freedom. And yes, it's possible! It's 2021, we are manifesting heavy this year! We made it, let's give great gratitude and show up for ourselves with self-care, every single day.
